We specialise in handcrafted and curated sarees, including silk sarees, cotton sarees, designer sarees, bridal sarees, and ethnic wear accessories. We take great care to represent our products accurately; however, please note the following:

Colour Variations: The colours of sarees displayed on our website may slightly differ from the actual product due to variations in monitor settings, screen resolution, and photography lighting. We do not consider minor colour differences as defects.
Fabric & Weave: Slight irregularities in handwoven or handloom sarees are natural characteristics of the craft, not defects. These variations are part of the authentic, artisanal nature of the product.
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price at the time of placing your order will be honoured.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI options through our secure payment gateway.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to locations across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your saree. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for return:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customised or made-to-order sarees
- Blouse pieces that have been stitched or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or washing
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return within the eligible period.
Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Reverse Shipping: Reverse shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of initiating the return.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery as per our Returns Policy.

8. Care & Maintenance

Sarees, especially silk, handloom, and designer varieties, require careful handling. We recommend:

Dry cleaning for silk sarees unless otherwise stated.
Storing sarees in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes or chemicals.

Damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage is not covered under returns or warranties.

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Little Laady Fashion and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
